HealthAnalytIQ Update
Health Cost IQ is pleased to announce the release of a new HealthAnalytIQ portal to all existing clients.
HCIQ's upgraded analytics portal will enable users to easily navigate to all their existing content with virtually no learning curve. Current usernames and passwords will work seamlessly in the new portal as in the existing one.
Below are some of the features of the new portal:
- Main Navigation Bar: This bar gives users easy access to all the product modules and dashboards are currently licensed from Health Cost IQ, presenting reports in a logical and more intuitive way.
- Enterprise Dashboard: This brand-new landing page contains a set of overview reports and metrics that organizations can preselect to be displayed.
- Search Engine: The powerful search engine allows users to type in keywords or phrases and then quickly displays all matching content from across the portal.
- Site Switcher: For users or site administrators with access to more than one client site, it's now possible to conveniently toggle from site to site by using the site switcher dropdown without needing to log out and log back in every time.
- Date and File Downloader: A new Download icon gives users the ability to export part or all of any dashboard or report into one of a variety of formats such as PDF, CSV, Excel, Image, PowerPoint, or raw data.
- A Resource area is now available with training videos, a knowledge base, and much, much more…
We are in the process of upgrading each of our current clients to the new portal. We anticipate this upgrade process may take a few weeks to complete. Users will receive a notification once your company has been upgraded, and we will share instructions for logging into the portal once it is ready.
