She is adept at analysis, design, developing, testing, and implementing innovative IT solutions and enhancing existing systems with new features to improve business productivity and efficiency. This experience has given her an in-depth understanding of the software development life-cycle contributing to excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. She has exceptional communication skills feeding an ability to understand and interpret the operational needs of businesses at all levels.

Holly earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems (Summa Cum Laude) from Northwestern State University, graduating top of her class.
